Scheduled reports can be set up to be automatically emailed to a list of recipients. This can be done by navigating to the Report Schedules in the settings, adding a new schedule, selecting the report to be sent, adding the recipient emails, and setting the day and time for the report to be sent. The schedule must be enabled for the report to be sent automatically.

Setting up Scheduling

  1. Navigate to Settings > Reports > Report Schedules in INDY admin

  2. Select “Add Report Schedule”

  3. The pictured modal will pop up

  4. Set a name to identify the report schedule

  5. From the Report dropdown select the report that you would like sent

  6. Add the list of email addresses that you want the report to be sent to

  7. Adjust the Day of week option if you would like the report to be sent on a specific day of the week

  8. Adjust the Days of the month option if you would like the report to be sent on a specific days of the month

  9. Set the hour of the day that you would like the report to be sent

  10. Check the Enabled checkbox to enable the scheduled sending of the selected report
