INDY reports electronically to Comscore/Swift (Rentrak), Maccsbox and Numero. Direct reporting to studios is available via automated emails.

1. To set these up electronic reporting for a site, it will be found under site configuration – Box Office Reporting

2. Toggle on automatically Send Box Office Reports to make sure these are sent to Comscore unless you know you will want to do this manually at the end of every playweek.

3. Toggle on Use Simple BOR Tax Reporting to use the configured tax rates for ticket types.

4. Toggle on Comscore and enter your Site ID found on Comscore as Booking X-Ref No. Ask an INDY support person to enter the username and password. It has to be our username for the data to flow properly.

5. Toggle on Numero (if in the UK)

6. Toggle on Maccsbox

To set up direct reporting to the studios it will be done under the “Studios” site setting:

a. Find the studio that you want to set up or turn on

b. Toggle on if you want them emailed to a studio contact

a. Toggle on if you want them to be automatically emailed to the studio contact

b. Enter the studio email if you do want them to be emailed to the studio

c. You have the option to select summaries and it will send all of the BORs for that studio in one email vs separate emails for each title
