This article takes you through the steps to create Plan Elements in INDY Admin

Instructions

  • Open INDY Admin and log in to your account

  • You can create (and edit) Plan Elements in two areas of INDY Admin

    Settings > Site > Programming > Planning Elements > Click ADD PLAN ELEMENT

    or

    Directly in a Booking Week: Settings > Site > Programming > Booking Weeks > Open up the next Booking Week to be worked on > tab 1. PLAN ELEMENTS > Click the plus circle > Select Custom

  • Fill in the fields of the Plan Element template - here is a visual guide to populating the two tabs “DETAILS” and “OVERRIDES”. All fields are optional unless noted as mandatory:

  • Once created your new template Plan Element will be available to be populated in 2.TITLE SELECTION tab in Booking Weeks - all subsequent Booking Weeks if set to default or just the Booking Week that is open if not set to default

  • Plan Elements can be edited once created, but any changes will only be applied to the Booking Week that is open and subsequent Booking Weeks

  • The default Plan Elements can be edited in the “Plan Elements” area of INDY Admin (EDIT button in each row) or directly in Booking Weeks in the 1. PLAN ELEMENTS tab - hover over the Plan Element to be edited and click the double vertical ellipsis on the left :

  • The number of titles for any Plan Element can be adjusted for just the Booking Week that is open in 1. PLAN ELEMENTS tab - hover over the Plan Element to be edited and use the +/- to adjust
