Introduction

A package can be used to sell a combination of tickets and concession items and even include discounts. They are useful when wanting to create something like a ‘Family bundle’ for example 2 x adult tickets and 2 x children tickets for a set price. You can add packages to Price Cards.

Creating a Package

  1. In Indy Admin, navigate to Packages by going to Settings→Promotions→ Packages.

  2. Click ‘Create Item Package’ in the top right hand corner.

  3. Name your package and select what discounts you would like to apply. In the example below, the Family Ticket Discount is applied which is set to deduct £1.50 off each ticket. The customer will also benefit from 10% off a popcorn.

  4. You can select if you would like to make the package available online and also add an image as a visual example of what you’re offering.

  5. Once you are happy with your voucher package, hit ‘Create’.

Adding a Package to a Price Card

  1. Select the Price Card you would like to add your package to.

  2. Click “Add item”, under Type select ‘Package’ then select the package under ‘Item Package’

  3. Save and publish your changes by hitting the green arrow at the top of the screen.

  4. Once added, you’ll be able to purchase the packages in the same place you would purchase tickets.

  5. If you have marked these to be available online, they will also show on the website.
