This article takes you through the steps to create Price Cards in INDY Admin.

Introduction

Price Cards are one of the building blocks needed to sell tickets to your customers online and on POS. Price Cards allow you to group a selection of Ticket Types together and assign them to Showings, Plan Elements, Events and bespoke screenings to name a few. You will need to set up some Ticket Types before you can set up Price Cards.

Instructions

  1. Open INDY Admin and log in to your account

  2. Go to Settings > Site > Price Cards

  3. Click “CREATE PRICE CARD”

  4. Fill in the fields of the Price Card template - here is a visual guide to populating:

  5. Click “CREATE”

  6. Push Configuration changes (green arrow in ribbon bar) to publish

  7. Once created, your Price Card can be edited, duplicated, archived etc. and applied to Showings and Plan Elements. Price Cards can also be utilised across a range of components to customise your offer and manage configurations including:

  • Seat Charts

  • Movies

  • Default Price Cards
